Creating your own Vision Board

Supplies:
- Poster board
- Stack of Magazines, specific pictures and words that you have printed.
- Tape or Glue (not Elmers) to apply the images to the board.
- Fun glittery embellishments to add some texture and movement to the board.
We will start the event with a meditation to bring intention and energy to the process. Thinking about a theme, a word or whatever comes to you. Trust your intuition during this process and follow the path it is leading you to.
Spend some time looking through the magazines and gather all the images that speak to you.
Once you feel you have enough for the board you can start to lay the pieces on the board and eliminate anything that doesn’t resonate with you.
Creating your Vision Board;
- You can use the Wheel of Life to organize the images into segments of your life.
- You can separate the page into nine sections like a Bagua and add the pictures related to each area in the accompanying sections.
- You can use a central theme and free flow the board.
However you create your Vision Board will be just right for you. Remember it is yours and these are just suggestions.
