Sunday dinner is on. I love my crock pot. It gets Sunday dinner is on. I love my crock pot. It gets used at least once a week. It is a time saver in the kitchen and the slow cooking makes everything so yummy. This is so easy to make. A bone in ham, pineapple and brown sugar. Cut the ham up to fit into the slow cooker. Place the pineapple rings around the ham. Mix the pineapple juice with brown sugar and pour the sauce over the ham. Set your slow cooker on low for 8 hours and voila!!!! Tender slow cooker ham. My hubby is on a course and I travelled with him to 'get away' from my home office, a change of scenery and we love to road trip together. Road trips are great for deep conversations.
